About Us
PME (Project Management and Engineering) Consultants Limited is a company which was formalized to provide innovative and efficient project management and engineering design services to clients. The company was established in 2013 out of its founder’s innate passion for conceptualizing infrastructural designs and bringing it to fruition on sites. PME’s scope of work broadens beyond infrastructure engineering designs and includes structural, and plumbing designs and project management.

Design and development of culverts, bridges, retaining walls, hydraulic structures, residential, commercial & industrial buildings. Building designs includes masonary, reinforced concrete, steel & timber with shallow and pile foundations.

Planning and supervising of the construction work to ensure successful delivery of projects. All projects are managed to meet the requirements of the statutory bodies.

The Manager
Managing Director, Civil Engineer, License Sanitary Constructor, MBA, BEng, REng
The Manager is a Registered Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has over fifteen (15) years experience in design & project management of major land and building development projects.
His experience involve land use planning , environmental assessment, road geometric & pavement design, bridges & earth retaining structures, drainage infrastructure design, water distribution systems, sewer collection & treatment, underground utilities for electricity & communication.
He has extensive experience in managing construction work on large infrastructure projects with consultant and contracting organizations. He is also a Licensed Sanitary Constructor with the Water and Sewerage Authority and designs and obtains approval for Infrastructure Water & Sewer Systems & Building Plumbing Systems.
The Senior Engineer
Senior Structural Engineer, M.Sc, B.Eng.
The Senior Engineer is a qualified Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has over fifteen (15) years experience in the design, construction and management of civil engineering projects and is familiar with all aspects of the project cycle having worked with client, consultant and contracting organizations.
His specific areas of expertise include:
- Single and multi-story steel frame buildings
- Masonry buildings
- Multi-story concrete bearing wall and frame buildings
- Retaining walls, culverts, short and medium span bridges
- Shallow and pile foundations
- Hydraulic structures such as pump stations, syphons, sluices, regulators etc.
- Slope remediation, embankments and pavements
He utilizes specialized software for analysis and design such as Robot Structural Analysis, SAFE and Plaxis.

Administrative Director, MHRM, BSc.
The Administrative Director is a Business Manager with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a BSc. Psychology. She has over ten (10) years experience in the business management and human resources field with a focus on Recruitment and Selection (R&S), Employee Relations (ER), and Organizational Development (OD).
Her role in the company is that of Administrative Director whereby she facilitates the smooth operations of the company.
